Cat/Dog Adoption Needed (Listed 4/27/10)

Our 3 year-old, Ben, has been diagnosed with cat and dog allergies. We have 2 cats and 1 dog. We have been trying numerous measures to reduce the allergens in our home in the hopes that we could get Ben's allergies under control and keep our animals. Nothing is working so we have reached the sad and frustrating conclusion that we need to find homes for our animals. If anyone is interested or knows someone that might be interested in wonderful pet companionship, I need to find homes for the following:
Maggie is a 6 year-old shepherd mix we adopted from the SPCA. She is black with some brown and white. Maggie is very sweet and loves to be loved. She makes an excellent family pet.
Quincy - 10 year-old cat with some Siamese. Quincy is small, gray and very pretty. He is shy at first but very loveable once he gets to know you.
Snickers - 1 year old cat with beautiful coloring similar to a snickers candy bar. She is also very sweet but shy at first.

MAY HAVE A HOME!!
EAGER FOR LOVE - STILL LOOKING FOR A HOME (Updated 2/4/10) - Called for an update on 5/18/2010
One cold and rainy night this past fall, we found an American Staffordshire Terrier dog running loose on a dark road up here. He appears to have been abused a bit. Despite the circular sores on his back, head, and nose, and the steal pronged collar that looked like it should have been on a brahma bull, not a dog, he is a lover! If you love kisses, and to play, he's perfect. He hasn't shown any aggression at all toward any of our 4 dogs, but he hasn't seen the cats yet, so I don't know what he's like around cats. He adores kids of all ages, as Mike, my son, took him to a few friends houses and some of them have siblings, or kids of their own.Romeo kind of knows sit, stay, and will "shake", and he is really super eager to please. He isn't neutered, but I will try and help with that through the SNAP program. He appears to be young, maybe 1, but not more than 2 years old. We have pretty much guessed by the sores that were on his back when we first found him, that he was possibly burned with cigarettes or cigars in an attempt to make him aggressive enough to fight. Thankfully, they failed miserably in their attempt to make him mean, as he doesn't have a mean bone in his body. His poor little ears are cropped tight in a home crop job, but he's still as handsome a boy as you'll ever see. He has beautiful brindle boxer-like markings and is really a gorgeous dog. He just wants to be a lapdog. He wags his whole body and is just so eager to be somebody's buddy. Please help him find his forever buddies, that will give him back all the love he's so ready to give.
