This was my first time with your company. I was very pleased with the whole experience. Dr. Mosier and staff were very helpful. I will be transferring my second dog’s information to your business.

The best experience we have ever had at the vet! Belle was very relaxed in the homey atmosphere of the room. It was good that you took her elsewhere for the more unpleasant procedures. Leo got down on the floor with her! She gets very nervous going anywhere, but didn’t mind her visit with Dr. Esra at all. Thank you!

All of the staff were very courteous, caring and helpful. Our two dogs seemed very relaxed with the office and all of the staff. Overall, we felt very pleased with our initial visit and will continue to bring our two dogs and cat regularly.
Thank you very much for an overall pleasant experience.

I have such peace of mind now that I have found a vet for Wilson my golden retriever. He is the love of my life and I could see the sincerity in Dr. Esra's eyes when we discussed Wilson's health concerns. Thank you to Dr. Esra and her staff for making Wilson and I feel welcome.
Peace and Joy,
A. and Wilson

Dear Dr. Yavuz,
I received a letter from Ms. Kochevar at Tufts University informing me of you and your staff’s gift to the Dr. Stanley O. Travis Fund in memory of my dog Molly. I cannot express to you the degree of emotion your gift means to me. As I’m sure you could see, Molly was more than a pet to me during the time we shared together: a true friend in good times and bad, a calm and wise companion who had patience when I needed it and the ability to always see each new day with the possibility of the two of us having fun together. I was always grateful for the help you and your staff gave her when she was in your care and truly grateful for the joy she could continue to give me because of that wonderful care.
It has been over 3 months since her passing and the sorrow is still with me. I have decided though that it may be time to find a new canine friend, not to replace Molly, but perhaps to continue to experience what we can sometimes only learn from a dog, unyielding loyalty and unending friendship bound by love.

I was very impressed with the staff on the way they answered my questions on the subject of finding a new vet. Very friendly and also gave me a tour of the Medical Center. They (your staff) treated me like a person, not a dollar sign like …. does.
My dog Sasha seemed to like the staff also. Her visit must have been a plus as she was very calm after she got home. The other place was always a negative visit.
Thank you for a great visit. B. M.

(Show All) Unfortunately, the time had come to put my 18 yr. old poodle down. Dr. Esra was more than compassionate during and after the procedure. Imagine my surprise when a month later I received a letter from Tufts University, informing me that Dr. Esra had made a charitable gift in memory of my dog. She is a very special person, aside from being an exemplary professional in her field. I am touched beyond words by her consideration and action. She is a wonderful asset to our community and her kindness will not be forgotten. As I am new to the area, I feel fortunate to have chosen her facility for my veterinary needs. (Hide) |

This came from one of our friends. So true!
Two patients limp into two different medical clinics, with the same complaint. Both have trouble walking, and appear to require a hip replacement. The FIRST patient is examined within the hour, is x-rayed the same day, and has a time booked for surgery the following week. The SECOND sees his family doctor, after waiting 3 weeks for an appointment, then waits 8 weeks to see a specialist, then gets an x-ray, which isn't reviewed for another week, and finally has his surgery scheduled, for a month from then. Why the different treatment for the two patients? The FIRST is a Golden Retriever. The SECOND is a Senior Citizen. Next time take me to my Vet, Doctor Esra!
